We had a fun Easter weekend. We dyed Easter eggs on Friday afternoon. It's funny that everybody uses plastic eggs now a days, so I almost didn't see a reason to do this. We only did like 8 eggs, but the kids had a blast. I have a hard time eating the colored eggs, so they are still sitting in my fridge. I'll throw them out in the garbage tomorrow I guess.
Saturday morning we were invited to a community Egg Hunt in Jer and Mo's new neighborhood. My kids were a little shy, and got out-hunted by everyone else, but they were completely satisfied with their 2 or 3 eggs. It was a beautiful day, so we hid a few eggs outside of our house later that day too. Then, we went swimming at our health club because Grandma Nanna gave Tay a new swimsuit she just had to try out.
By Sunday, it was raining really hard, so we hid a few eggs in the kid's rooms Sunday morning, and they found them before we got ready for church. We have now done this numerous times today. Taylee felt like a princess in her new dress, and got to sing in church for the first time with the primary kids. Well, she didn't actually sing. She stood there in the front, and glared at the big kids behind her. She told me that she had to quit singing, because they were just too loud! It was cute to see her. I was actually surprised that she wasn't too scared to go up in front of everyone. After church, we went to Jake's parents' house to spend the day. We did another Easter egg hunt, they got more candy, and we all got sick to our tummies. They didn't have naps, of course, so I was very glad to be home that night. I hope you enjoy the slide show!

Taylee looks like a princess. They had a great time I am sure. I love all the pictures.
Looks like you had a busy weekend. Sounds like fun, though. I wish I could talk my husband into doing just a few eggs. Bridger was done after about 3.
Thank you for the Easter pictures. Dad and I needed alittle Easter egg fun. Loved the slide show.
Happy Easter. I love all the pictures, and I'm glad that you kept the old tradition alive and colored real eggs. I did it too, even though I dont have any kids.
