Since we have moved into this house, I have had the hardest time keeping up with the laundry! Maybe it's because the washer and dryer are in the basement, and it's 15 stairs down, and scarey down there? Maybe it's because Jake refuses to use a bath towel more than once? Why does Rohne still go through at least 2 outfits a day? I thought they grew out of that! I did take a picture of my menagerie, but now I'm thinking about it, it would just be too embarassing to show. I keep wanting to go to Target and just buy another laundry basket. At least then, it won't be spread all over my floor. But, I know that is not the solution! Come on, give me some motivation!!

I know how it goes Emmers. I say go ahead and buy another bin. You deserve another laundry bin for sure.
I hate laundry.
This is how I solved my laundry woes...I do laundry on Tuesday and Friday or Saturday. That way there are only three or four days in between. I do towels and sheets on a day in between when they need it. To me it feels more manageable than waiting until I don't have any clothes or the basket is totally over flowing. I just barely started doing this about a month ago. So far so good. (Our washer and dryer are downstairs and the bedrooms-and dirty clothes-are upstairs).
The park and drive way look like fun. I love Taylee's hat. So cute.
Dude, I hate laundry too. Monday is my laundry day. I do it all that day! It takes me all day, and it's usually 10pm as I'm putting away the last of the kids' clean clothes. Of course if I have to do a wet-the-bed load or something in the middle, then it's no big deal. But then, I have it in my head that THAT is my main chore to get done on Mondays.
I don't like going to the basement to do laundry either. It would be so much easier to remember if it was next to the kitchen. Not sure if I'd want to do it then either.
