My good friend Candy, tagged me. So, here it is . . .

Typical time of wake-up: The kids are up around 7:00-7:45, but I usually let Jake get the kids up, if he can, and don't get out of bed until he leaves for work, or the kids start screaming for breakfast.

On a good night when do your kids go to sleep: 8:00-8:30 p.m.

How long have you been a momma?: 3 1/2 years.

How old were you when you became a mom? 24 with Taylee, 26 with Rohne.

Favorite kids show: Super Why, Max & Ruby, and LeapFrog DVD.

Least favorite kids show: My kids aren't allowed to watch Spongebob or Teletubbies, and I can't stand Barney.

Favorite chore: Hmmmm, taking a nap after the chores are done?

Least favorite chore: Hmmmm, lets see. . . Hmmm. . . all of them!! (Have you seen my house lately?)

Meal you cook most often: Sheperds pie, Rice and chicken, and pasta

Kids favorite meal: Taylee will only eat peanut butter and jelly and pizza right now. Rohne loves hot dogs and macaroni and cheese, but likes most anything.

5 Things that make you smile about being a mom: Telling me they love me, Singing songs really loud in the car, When they play well together, Seeing them master a skill they've been working on.

Favorite thing your husband does with your kids: Never loses his patience with them, and lets them hang and climb all over him.

Last time you went out with no kids: We have a wonderful Grandma close by that loves to babysit, so we actually went out a couple weekends ago, and Jake made me watch "I am Legend." (Would not recommend it)

If you could take your kids anywhere where would it be? Right now, I would go to Idaho Falls to see my new nephew, and my family. We've always wanted to take the kids to Disneyland.

Favorite pasttime/activity with your kids: Snuggling on my bed in the mornings, going to the park, reading books together, and visiting Daddy at his office.

One thing your mom did that you do now: Let them cook with me, read lots of books, teach them how to clean.

Favorite kids book: "Jesse Bear" books, "Where's my Teddy" series, and "Where the Wild Things are".

Best advice for a new mom: The best advice I ever got was from Mary Ewer, when Taylee was like 2 days old. She said to "enjoy the moment, it gets better." I remember my mom told me that when I was losing my patience with colick and crying, to just remember how much I wanted to have kids, and what a blessing it is that I have them.

Scariest or most heartbreaking moment as a mom: Rohne's whole ordeal has been really scarey, especially when they thought he had cancer. It still breaks my heart when we get the shot stuff out, and he runs away crying, "No shot, No shot."

Most joyful moment as a mom: After giving birth to them, when they're finally asleep at night, and look so angelic in their beds.

Last time your child told you they loved you: They both said it when I put them down for their naps today.
