Tay sat on Jake's lap 3/4 of the game so she wouldn't miss any of the action!
I never thought I would raise my family in the big city. Does it look like we fit in?
We took our kids to their first Mariners game last night. It was high time, since Jake makes them watch the M's on TV every night anyway. Taylee's favorite player is "Ichiro," and she was quite excited to see him in person. The game didn't start until 7:00 pm, and we thought they might tucker out, but they loved every minute. They clapped, cheered, sang "Take me out to the Ballgame," and all that goes along with a major league ball game. We even bought them cotton candy. To our surprise, neither one liked it. Oh well, one less sugary snack to have to worry about for now. We had great tickets given to us by our friends Clark and Lisa, who just moved up here from Arizona. They were right in the action. It was the most fun we have had as a family all summer. If you can't tell from the pictures, all of us were entirely decked out in our Mariners gear. And, the team is actually in the penant race after a seasonable absence from the playoffs. GO TEAM!!!

This looks like so much fun. Your kids are adorable, and so good! I can't believe they sat through the whole game. Funny about cotton candy, Bridger doesn't like it either. Love the updates.
