Mud, Muddy, Mud

It's so hard to make the kids focus for a picture

Rohne's favorite part was cutting the pumpkins. He's all boy!!

Pumpkin Princess

Saturday we took the kids to the pumpkin patch. Because we are in Seattle, of course it has been raining for days and days. Instead of waiting for it to clear up, we decided it was now or never. The good thing about the dreary weather was that it wasn't too busy. The downfall was the mud. Ooooohhhhh, the mud!!! I strapped on the kids's rain boots, put on their winter coats, and they really had a blast. Granted, we were covered from head to toe by the end of the day, but it was worth it. The pumpkin prices were pretty steep, and we only had a little bit of cash, so we just got two pumpkins. But, that's one for each kid, I guess. We're planning on carving them sometime this week.

Looks like it was fun! Mud is always fun...right? I am a new fan of pumpkin patches. They make the season perfect. Taylee and Rohne look like they had fun too.
